“We played the [wedding video] for our family after Thanksgiving dinner. Everyone loved it! Thank you so very much for capturing the day and giving us something we will always cherish.”
This wedding was a joy to film. One of my favorite parts was when the bride did a first look with her father, which is a touching trend I’ve seen more of recently. If you don’t want your fiancé to see you until you walk down the aisle, take advantage of this special way to connect with your family instead.
I’m so excited to announce, we were featured, along with the other amazing vendors from this event, in Wedding Chicks!! You can read the full article, and watch the wedding film we created, below:

Spring is coming, we promise! And to help hold you over for those warmer days, we wanted to share Chelsae and Eric’s gorgeous garden wedding! Not only is the venue beautiful and blooming but the wedding party and guests look to be truly having the best day ever.
You can keep scrolling to see more of this lovely day, plus a wedding video you won’t want to miss. Alison D Photography provided us with all of these lovely images. You can see more of them in the full gallery.
A Wedding Style
The beautiful Garden Pavilion is a hidden gem, tucked away in Sonoma and played a perfect host to Chelsae and Eric’s outdoor wedding. Chelsae and Eric created the wedding of their dreams with pretty shades of pink, gold, and sage to complement the natural beauty of their venue. The bridesmaids wore various shades of blush and gold, tying them in beautifully with the groom’s sage bow ties, creating a light and airy element to the affair.
From the Bride: My bridesmaids picked their own dresses based on my direction to pick a long dress that is either blush, light pink, champagne, or gold. And I asked them to get a dress they love and would want to wear again for another event. They picked beautiful dresses and shared photos with each other along the way to make sure the colors coordinated well. It worked out perfectly. The dresses they picked looked beautiful together
A Sweet Ceremony
The ceremony was breathtakingly wonderful as the bride and groom exchanged their vows in front of their friends and family. Our favorite moment was when Chelsae’s grandfather read a poem dedicated to the new couple.
From the Bride: Decide what wedding elements mean the most to you and plan your special day accordingly. You can personalize your wedding to fit who you are as a couple and create an event that you are proud of and passionate about bringing to life. Don’t spend a lot of time and money on wedding details that you don’t care about.
Let’s Dance!
Dancing commenced under the stars in the glass pavilion as family and friends danced the night away we were able to sneak the couple away for sunset photos in the lavender herb garden and vineyard before their sparkler send off. Such a great way to end the night. I was happy to witness this day and see the love Chelsae and Eric had for each other.
From the Bride: We served our guests strawberry shortcake and we planned to have a small cake for our cake cutting. Unfortunately, our cake didn’t make it to the wedding. We found out halfway through the reception that we didn’t have a cake and made the call to skip the cake cutting. It worked out fine. No one noticed that we didn’t have a cake cutting. We had such an awesome bouquet toss and a sparkler send off that we didn’t even miss the cake cutting. If we planned our wedding all over again, I think we would skip the cake cutting again.
