It rains 1 time out of 10 in Los Angeles, and of course it landed on this May afternoon. But this lovely couple were troopers for their Pasadena engagement shoot. Despite the cloudy weather, Rachael & Kenny soaked in the moment (quite literally) and laughed and grinned through their photo session. The result was cinematic, which felt natural to us, as we are normally cinematographers!

Here at the Siren & Co, we normally don’t shoot photographs, however we enjoyed stepping out of our video comfort zones for Rachael & Kenny. In a way the rain helped, because the effect of the droplets frozen in time in picture is almost even more romantic than seeing it fall in a film. See what I mean as you browse the gallery below!
