The property is cloaked in seclusion, with the nearest resident located hundreds of yards away, cloistered by the nearby forest.

Spaces Available to Plan Your Switzer Farm Westport CA Wedding

Opting to host your full weekend of wedding events at Switzer Farm Westport requires dedicated spaces where each of your events can unfold. The splendor of hosting a full wedding weekend lies in the ability to connect with your guests in a deeply personal way. Exclusive use of the venue provides unfettered access to the over 22 sprawling acres of Switzer Farm stretched along Route 1. 

Available spaces on the grounds of the venue include their Ocean-view South Lawn, Ocean-View Veranda & Gardens, the Farmhouse, and the Oceanfront Meadow & Bluff. Each of these spaces provides phenomenal coastal views of the serene shoreline for your videography experience.

However, it is recommended that the Ocean-view South Lawn be accessed for each of your events requiring dining. This is due to its proximity to accessible electrical outlets and plumbing for your catering staff. You can find a complete list of Switzer Farm’s preferred caterers at this link.

Switzer Farm also allows couples access to the Historic Barnhouse for their wedding photo & video experience. All in all, providing a scenic backdrop where your genuine memories will be curated with joy and sophistication. However, the interior of the barn is not accessible for events or activities.

Switzer Farm Wedding Venue Capacity

Celebrations at Switzer Farm wedding venue have the ability to accommodate up to 99 guests. For overnight accommodations, Switzer Farm wedding venue rental includes 3 nights of lodging. Their restored farmhosue and garden cottage can sleep up to 20 guests.

Nearby Accommodations

Should you have guests needing additional accommodations, Switzer Farm is located within 5-10 minutes walking distance of Westport. In town are 3 Bed & Breakfasts that can host any of your guests who should require overnight accommodations outside of the venue.

Switzer Farm Wedding Cost

For weddings occurring in 2026, the total cost of your Switzer Farm wedding will begin at $23,000. Weddings taking place in 2027 and 2028 begin at a cost of $25,000. Your venue fee includes exclusive use of the 22-acre property for 3 days & 3 nights. However, this starting fee is not inclusive of your food and beverage experience for your wedding weekend. You will need to book your preferred catering service independently of Switzer Farm.
