Destination weddings have become increasingly popular over the years, and Vashta and Myron decided to make their wedding an unforgettable experience by flying from D.C to Los Angeles to tie the knot with their 50 closest friends and family members. They chose the beautiful Fig House LA as their venue, and it proved to be the perfect location for their special day.

The Fig House LA is a stunning event space that features a unique blend of vintage and modern decor. The indoor and outdoor spaces are filled with lush greenery, beautiful lighting, and a stunning backdrop of the Los Angeles skyline. It’s no wonder that it’s a popular choice for weddings.

We set the Stage

We started the day off getting ready at the Dream hotel in Hollywood, laughing with Vashta as she got ready and sipping Whisky with Myron. Vashta and Myron’s wedding day was filled with love, laughter, and unforgettable moments. The ceremony took place outside, with the skyline as the backdrop, and the couple exchanged their vows under a beautiful arch decorated with flowers and greenery.

The Fig house does have a noise ordinance policy, but the couple found a loophole with having a Silent Disco!! The tables were set with elegant place settings, and the flowers on the tables added a pop of color to the space. The couple danced the night away with their guests, enjoying the delicious food and drinks provided by the Pharmacie.

The Wedding Send off

The highlight of the night was the end!

Throughout the day, Vashta and Myron were surrounded by their loved ones, who had traveled from near and far to celebrate their special day. The couple’s joy and love were infectious, and everyone in attendance felt lucky to be a part of such a beautiful event.
