Setting the Scene

I met Shelby and Jill through Instagram. They saw my work of Kendra and Corina and fell and asked if I could film their Elopement. All that was asked of me was to make a video that would make people laugh and cry.

Setting the Stage

Shelby and Jill knew from the start that they wanted a wedding that reflected their deep love for nature. What better place than the magnificent redwoods of Santa Cruz? Shelby and Jill exchanged heartfelt vows in an intimate ceremony that felt like a secret shared among the trees. The quiet reverence of the redwoods added an air of enchantment to the occasion, making their promises to each other even more profound.

Shark Fin Rock

After the ceremony, Shelby and Jill embarked on an adventure to one of Santa Cruz’s hidden gems: Shark Fin Rock. Can you guess how  it got its name?

Cake by the Ocean

What’s a wedding without cake? Set against the backdrop of the rugged coastline Shelby and Jill enjoyed a seaside picnic. Complete with a charcuterie board, champagne and of course cake!
