The Barn Meadow South is also a coastal setting that unleashes the raw beauty of The Sea Ranch. This open landscape overlooks the shore. It is an ideal wedding venue space for couples who desire an intimate experience in a natural setting.

The newly added Ocean Deck is adjacent to the Lodge and also sits along the shoreline, offering direct views of the Pacific. The open-air deck allows the golden glow of sunlight to wash over your event. It is best suited for cocktail hour or an intimate wedding reception dining experience.

You’ll find the Ocean Meadow nestled at the very top of the cliffs at this Northern California wedding venue. It’s a unique event space that blends coastal elegance with natural beauty, offering panoramic views of the ocean as you enjoy an extraordinary dining experience on the night of your wedding.

Lastly, The Meadow is an open expanse located next to The Sea Ranch Lodge, with magnificent oceanfront views. This space is ideally suited to couples who wish to plan a tented wedding reception with a large-scale guest list and an installed dance floor. 

Total Capacity

A wedding at The Sea Ranch Lodge can accommodate intimate celebrations and grand-scale weddings with large guest lists. In total, the coastal Northern California wedding venue can accommodate anywhere from 2 to 250 guests for your wedding.

The culinary experience at your Sea Ranch Lodge wedding will be offered through the venue’s incomparable staff. Their approach to dining is dubbed ‘rustically refined’ with fresh ingredients derived from the Sea Ranch Farm in conjunction with local farmers and food producers. Additionally, Sea Ranch Lodge hones in their commitment to a sustainable ethos, and everything they plate is done so with respect to the environment. Sea Ranch Lodge Wedding Cost

Sea Ranch Lodge offers a number of wedding packages ranging in cost. The total cost will be determined by your guest count, preferred experience, and the day & month your wedding is held.

Weekday elopements held Monday through Thursday with 2-14 guests in attendance, range in price from $1500 to $3250. Intimate celebrations with 15-30 guests in attendance, taking place on Monday through Friday, range in cost from $2000 to $6000.

Signature celebrations taking place from Monday through Saturday with 31-60 guests in attendance, range from $4500 to $11,500. Sea Ranch Lodge weddings that take place through an evening buyout, with 61-120 guests in attendance, range in price from $4500 to $27,500.

Full wedding day buyouts with 81 to 250 guests in attendance, taking place on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday, come with a site fee that ranges from $15,000 to $37,500. These fees are not yet inclusive of your culinary experience. 

Culinary Pricing

For weddings taking place on a Friday or Saturday, the Signature Event Package culinary experience is required. Here is a breakdown of the culinary wedding package details at the coastal lodge.

Dining packages are offered at a per-person cost, ranging in price from $325 per person to $340 per person. 

Sea Range Lodge offers an à la carte dining experience for weddings taking place from Sunday through Thursday. The à la carte menu is also priced through a per-person structure, with dinner service ranging from $85 per person to $155 per person. This cost does not yet include selections such as hor d’oeuvres, snack stations, and late-night bites.

Bar packages are also available as part of your all-inclusive Sea Ranch Lodge wedding cost. They are offered in tiers ranging from included selections to priced selections at $15 to $30 per person.
