A historical beauty meets an Ocean view
The Adamson House, located in the heart of Malibu, California, is one of the most breathtaking wedding venues in the area, with its stunning ocean views, lush gardens, and rich history, it’s no wonder that Lia and Ian chose this venue to tie the knot. Lia and Ian knew that they wanted a venue that would reflect their love for history, nature, and beauty. The Adamson House was the perfect fit, the historic Spanish-style mansion, built in 1930, is surrounded by lush gardens and overlooks the Pacific Ocean.
A Mermaid marries a Diver
On the day of their wedding, Lia and Ian exchanged vows in front of their closest family and friends, with the sound of the waves crashing in the background. Lia looked stunning in her ivory lace gown, against her red hair she looked like the little mermaid reincarnate and Ian was dashing in his navy suit, a London bloke in love with a mermaid.
A Bubbly Affair
After the ceremony, Lia and Ian walked back up the aisle to an array of bubbles in the air, it was as if magic itself was in the air!! The newlyweds and their guests enjoyed a cocktail hour on the lawn, surrounded by blooming bougainvillea and fragrant jasmine.
As Chill as the Ocean
As the sun began to set, the courtyard was transformed into a dance floor, and Lia and Ian danced the night away under the stars, mingling with guests and filling the air with laughter and joy, the twinkling lights and warm sea breeze created a magical atmosphere, and it was clear that Lia and Ian’s love for each other was the centerpiece of the evening.
The Adamson House provided the perfect backdrop for Lia and Ian’s dream wedding, and their special day will be remembered for years to come. It’s clear that their love story will continue to inspire and bring joy to those around them, just as it did on their wedding day!
